The main objective of the contest is to draw in tourists to see the beauty of Thailand from a foreigner’s perspective.
The contest, which is open for all nationalities with the exception of Thai nationals, will be launched on 15 November and will run through to 30 April next year. Participants will be asked to submit images in four categories: people, nature and landscape, architecture, and culture and lifestlye. Photos can be uploaded through the website www.tourismthailand.org/photocontest.

Four prizes will be awarded, one for each of the four categories, and the winners will receive two business class air tickets to Thailand and a week’s stay in a five star hotel.
