Top-level restructure sees Smith promoted to international president at TBWA

<P>TBWA Asia-Pacific regional president Keith Smith has been promoted to president, international, overseeing the network's Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Middle East operations. </P> <P>Smith will continue to be based in Hong Kong. "It's going to be exhilarating to knot together these different regions and make sure we work in an integrated way."</P> <P>As part of a wider restructure of the network's senior management, Tom Carroll, currently vice-chairman, will be promoted to the position of president, while Robert LePlae's president, North America role will be expanded to include the regions previously handled by Carroll. Meanwhile, president and CEO Tequila Worldwide Jeremy Pagden has been named president, marketing services. </P>
