Tom.com in talks for AOL's China TV stake

BEIJING: Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka Shing's Tom.com vehicle is in talks with AOL Time Warner to buy the majority share of Chinese Entertainment Television (CETV) in a deal that could help the ailing Mandarin-language station turn the corner.
