As part of the move, TNS has joined forces with Cambodian market and social research firm MSD, providing insights and national coverage with its multiple offices.
Ralf Matthaes has been appointed regional managing director for Indochina and will be supported by Cambodian managing director Eelco Dijkhuizen.
Matthaes said it is essential that TNS has an onground presence in Cambodia, so it can better service the needs of its global clients that are increasingly moving into the market.
Chris Riquier, CEO of TNS Asia-Pacific, added, “Over the past decade we have actively increased the servicing of our international client base in Cambodia through our Vietnam operation. We now feel the time is right to develop our onground presence in this very young and dynamic country.”
