TNBT acquires Indonesian BTL shop

JAKARTA - TNBT has acquired Indonesian below-the-line agency X-Vision, which will merge with Crush Indonesia to yield 40 people.

The acquisition is expect to add product packaging, design and point-of-sale capacity to Crush, the advertising arm of TNBT.

TNBT CEO Palani Pillai said, “We are extremely pleased to have brought X-Vision under the TNBT group of companies. X-Vision has got tremendous expertise in creating not just a pretty picture, but effective communications for their clients. Their method behind the magic and experienced team compliment CRUSH’s current portfolio of services.”

X-Vision’s clients include Nestle, Unilever, Danone, Sara Lee, and P&G.
