The brief is to build TMI's Cambodian brand platform "Hello" and gain ground on the country's market leading telco operators. Hello is Cambodia's third largest mobile telco, with 269,000 subscribers.
The news follows Telekom Malaysia's announcement yesterday (December 9th) that the company will demerge its domestic and foreign mobile businesses and house them within TMI.
