Time overhauls site to align with print brand

NEW YORK - Time magazine has updated its online presence, Time.com, in a move to enhance the site's alignment with the print brand.

According to a spokesperson for Time Warner, the reworked offering features improved navigation, along with more video and photographic content and podcasts.

The spokesperson described the new look as "fresher, more appealing, and designed to engage readers for longer and more frequently".

New advertising facilities reportedly include a 'pencil' advertisement unit in the top right hand corner of the site, as well as a new standard display unit. The site will also continue to offer custom advertising placement.
