So what is new?
A new event will replace the traditional gala dinner. Participants will now 'Dine on the Dock' at New Quay, Melbourne's newest inner-city waterfront precinct.
The AIME after-show party will now take place in the funky, new television-style Studio 3 venue at the Crown Entertainment Complex. Welcome drinks will also be held for hosted buyers at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Hosted buyers
Hosted buyers will have access to an online diary system so they can make bookings with preferred exhibitors, and vice versa, prior to the event. Hosted buyers will be able to attend up to 26 appointments over the two days of AIME 2007.
Once AIME has received applications, hosted buyers will be assessed into one of four categories: fully hosted buyers, semi-hosted buyers, trade-hosted buyers and Victorian buyers.
Most hosted buyers will receive free flights,
accommodation, entry to AIME and to AIME
social events. Complimentary entrance to AIME's headline Business Events Forum on both mornings is also available.
