Messages will be targeted at several audiences: local and international investment institutions, retail investors, local and international media, stock analysts, offices of the Stock Exchange and government institutions. "You need a staff capable of understanding the financial business and timing is crucial," Modrakee said. "Also, everything you say must be approved by the financial advisor and you need to make sure that you are not in violation of any Government regulations."
