Thai government pitches energy project

BANGKOK - Thailand's Ministry of Energy has invited agencies to pitch for a campaign to promote ways to save energy in the run up to the King of Thailand's birthday.

Agencies have until 1 March  to submit credentials, following which short-listed contenders will present. There are two elements to the campaign: energy saving and the promotion of gasohol use, which supposedly produces lower emissions than ordinary petrol.

The campaign will be positioned as one of the King's birthday initiatives.
