Tembulkar quits TBWA\S'pore for job at Publicis US

TBWA\Singapore creative partner Parag Tembulkar is leaving the agency to join Publicis in the US as VP and group creative director starting year-end.

Tembulkar will be based in Seattle and will report to Bob Moore, president and executive creative director. His remit will include the T-Mobile, Washington Lottery, Dish TV and Real Networks accounts, as well as new business. "My move out of Asia has been in progress for some time now," he said. "After six years in Asia, I was very keen to move on to a different playing field, plus the lure of doing a bit of TV and new forms of advertising. So, I'd been talking to a few places in America over the last year."

Tembulkar was with TBWA for 10 months and prior to that spent four-and-a-half years at BBH Asia-Pacific. His departure follows fellow creatives Marcus Rebeschini and Robert Kleman, who left TBWA\Singapore for the agency's New York office.
