Telkom shortlists four agency pairs; Euro RSCG and MPG decline the pitch

JAKARTA - Telkom (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia) is believed to have shortlisted four agency pairs, including Hakuhodo and Carat, Grey and Grey Media, BBDO and OMD and incumbents Bates and Mindshare.
