Team Singapore taps Up and Up for sponsorship
Team Singapore, a two-driver team making its A1 Grand Prix debut in October, has signed on Up Media and Up BrandBuzz as exclusive media partners to raise S$10million (US$6.4 million) worth of sponsorships before the opening race in October. <BR><BR> The agency is left with just seven weeks before the seven-month season kicks off. According to Up Media's media director, AV Anand, the team is specifically targeting locally-based MNCs in hopes of getting "a 100 per cent Singaporean team". <BR><BR> The race will visit 13 cities around the world including Beijing, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai.
