Team HSBC chief Li joins Batey Singapore

Batey/red cell has hired Stephen Li, the former regional director of WPP's Team HSBC Asia-Pacific, as chief operating officer of the Singapore office. Li, who previously held senior roles with Batey and Lowe in Hong Kong, will relocate to Singapore to take up a role vacated by Robert Kay, who was recently promoted to chief executive officer, taking over from Rod Pullen who announced his retirement in February.
