TCEB launches new campaign

BANGKOK The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has embarked on an aggressive campaign to attract business events to the kingdom while it continues to search for a new director general. Kwanchai Modpradit, the Thailand Privilege Card board member who is heading TCEB in the interim, has launched the 'It Must Be Thailand' campaign.

A total of 94 qualified international planners from ten countries joined a familiarisation programme in Bangkok and Hua Hin.

“Many planners expressed their interest to relocate their events to Thailand,” said TCEB meetings and incentives director, Malinee Kitaphanich.
