Star Mild competes with Sampoerna’s A Mild and Gudam Garam’s Surya Slim in the low tar cigarette category in Indonesia. TBWA-TCP won the account after a pitch that involved four agencies, including DraftFCB, Saatchi & Saatchi and a local agency Berakar.
Two months ago Bentoel handed its Country brand account to Saatchi & Saatchi Indonesia after a three-way pitch that displaced incumbent McCann Erickson. It also handed over the account for its six other brands to Berakar in March this year.
