Carter has over 15 years of public relations experience gained in both agency and client roles in London and Shanghai. She has been associated with TBWA over the past several years.
Her new role incorporates the marketing of TBWA, Tequila Digital, Integer China and Auditoire China across the Shanghai and Beijing practices.
The agency expects Carter will help promote its proprietary tools of Disruption and Media Arts, as well as its talent and other resources.
