DeCourcy, who was previously chief experience officer at JWT, will be based in New York, and has been tasked with driving the network’s digital strategy innovation and implementation across TBWA and Tequila.
She will report to Tom Carroll, president, TBWA Worldwide.
She has also worked at Organic, where she held the role of vice-president and chief creative officer, leading the agency’s experience design group.
Previous experience also includes Integrated Communications and Entertainment in Canada and Spafax WPP in London.
