TBWA Beijing's Chien Hwang to replace Eddie Wong in Shanghai

BEIJING - Chien Hwang, currently head of the creative team at TBWA Beijing, has been appointed executive creative director of TBWA Shanghai, replacing Eddie Wong, who is leaving the industry after 20 years.
