TBWA beats two for Dukes creative brief

TBWA\India has won the Dukes Foods account after a pitch involving Saatchi & Saatchi and Orchard.

David was handling the account, thought to be worth US$1.6 million, before TBWA won the creative mandate. MindShare handles media planning and buying.

Dukes is a strong regional player in confectionery, cho-colates and biscuits market, with brands such as Cream Magic, Marie Break, Big Bite, Meltz and Coffee Drive. TBWA's brief is to build and promote the entire Dukes' range nationally.

"TBWA's expertise beyond conventional ATL/BTL and its ability to translate ideas into action were key factors," said Vikas Agarwal, director, Dukes.
