Tatler unveils new regionwide design

ASIA-PACIFIC - Edipresse Asia has redesigned its Tatler title across 10 markets in a bid to improve navigation across its pages.

Led by international design duo Maryjane Fahey and Mariana Ochs, the revamped layout features new fonts designed for Tatler, expanded departments within the magazine and new sections focusing on luxury services called Concierge and Style File.

The redesign covers the publishing group’s three languages — English, Chinese and Korean.

According to Edipresse Asia CEO and publisher Barrie Goodridge, the new design contains more information for the region’s elite consumers, while also placing a greater emphasis on photography.

“We set out to improve not only the look of the magazine, but also the way that it is organised,” said Goodridge.

“All magazines grow and evolve, and Tatler is no different. We wanted to make the magazine warmer, get readers involved more, and we felt that we needed to make the navigation easier.

“All that has resulted in four easy-to-find sections and a more welcoming feel.”
