Taiwan opens Nangang Exhibition Hall in Taipei

TAIPEI The US$110 million, 144,000 sqm Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Nangang Exhibition Hall has opened with its first trade show, Taipei Cycle, which took place on March 13.

Operated by TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council), the complex consists of two
exhibition halls and is situated to the east of TWTC.

It can accommodate 2,465 standard-size booths and has an exhibition space of 45,360 sqm.
TAITRA has moved its top six trade shows to the new complex.

The shows are Taipei Cycle (March 13 to 16); Taipei Auto and Motorcycle Parts Show, which will take place from April 9 to 12; Computex Taipei (June 3 to 7); Food Taipei/Food Tech Taipei/Taipei Pack (June 18 to 22); Taipei PLAS (September 18 to 22); and Taitronics, Taiwan
RFID/Broadband Taiwan (October 7 to 11).
