However the survey of 14 major hotels by the Thailand Incentive and Convention Association two weeks after the attacks also found that key

A quick reaction by the Thailand Convention and
Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) to communicate the facts to international planners softened the impact as mass cancellations and postponements were feared.
Destination Asia (Thailand) managing director Pornthip Samerton said most clients understood the incident was political and had nothing to do
with external terrorism.
