Surprise contenders line up for Olympics shoot-out

The Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) has invited a number of international agencies - including non-PR consultancies - to pitch for its public relations retainer in the run up to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
