He later switched to a more client-facing role, handling the Motorola and Ford accounts, as well as overseeing new business and MindShare's internal communication network, Mbassador.
"Rubin's digital experience is the main reason we hired him. We want digital and offline to work closer together. A few digital specialists sitting in the corner of the office is not the way we work," said Harpreet Singh Kaintel, the CEO of ZenithOptimedia Singapore.
Suardi will work on Zenith's more digitally-led accounts, such as HP and StarHub, an account currently under review.
Singh Kaintel added: "Rubin is rare in that he has done digital, but has since re-embraced offline media and communications strategy. He has a well rounded approach to the business."
