Steward returns to MTV Networks Asia
Former MTV Networks Asia senior vice president of advertising sales Chris Steward has been lured back to the network, after last week's sudden departure of Toby Hayward (Media, 25 July). <BR><BR> Steward, who originally held the position from 1998 to 2004, was most recently executive vice president, sales and operations, for Sydus, a company specialising in the technological delivery of streaming music to mobile, a role which he held for just over a year. <BR><BR> Reporting to Nigel Robbins, president MTV Networks Asia-Pacific, Steward will oversee ad sales functions for MTV, VH1 and Nickelodeon across television, broadband, online and mobile platforms, and he has also been tasked with establishing integrated marketing strategies.
