STB excludes Y&R from global advertising review

SINGAPORE - The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has made its shortlist for its global advertising review, with creative incumbent Y&R not making the cut.

STB has narrowed its search, excluding Y&R and Euro RSCG. Agencies believed to have made the cut include Ogilvy, BBH and Publicis.

Agencies including OMD, MEC and incumbent Starcom have made the cut for media, while OgilvyOne, Publicis Modem and XM Asia are through for digital.

The shortlist was made following an RFI submission that attracted 26 agencies. Last week, STB had visited a number of agencies before settling on their shortlist.

Managed by R3, the review is expected to conclude by mid-March.
