STB calls digital pitch

SINGAPORE - The Singapore Tourism Board has shortlisted OgilvyOne, XM Asia and Upper Storey in a pitch for its online revamp, according to sources.

The brief is to revamp STB’s entire web portal. STB’s digital chores have traditionally been managed by incumbent Green Dot Internet Services (GDIS), though a source said that in recent months they have “outsourced many ad-hoc projects.”


The move is not believed to affect Y&R’s hold on the above-the-line portion. A client could not be reached for comment by press time.
