According to a notice on a government tender public site, STB was in the hunt for a “pitch consultancy to manage the creative, media and digital agency review/selection process” from “September 2008 to January 2009” and had appointed R3 on 18 September.
A spokesperson at STB was unable to confirm a date when the tenders for its upcoming reviews will be put out but said that a statement regarding R3’s appointment would be issued in the week ahead.
