Celcom is preparing to unveil phase two of its 'Power' brand campaign as M&C Saatchi expands its business with the telco, securing the launch campaign for its new range of postpaid product packages.
M&C, which already handles Celcom's brand, corporate and sponsorships accounts, was asked to develop overall positioning for Celcom postpaid products.
The campaign, which features Taiwanese star Wang Lee Hom, has the proposition 'You can always get more from Celcom', building on the 'Power' platform currently used for Celcom's overall brand campaign. Key celebrities endorsing Celcom postpaid include model/actress Stephane Chai and actor Stephen Rahman-Hughes.
In other news, M&C has reportedly won the creative business for Honda's City model, which lags rival Toyota Vios in Malaysia's compact car segment. The City is Honda Malaysia's best-selling model. M&C declined to comment on the news.
