Starcom pulls out of SIA pitch

SINGAPORE - Starcom Mediavest is believed to have pulled out of Singapore Airlines' media pitch after being shortlisted, because of conflict with key client Emirates.

Starcom representatives declined to comment on the development. It is believed that the airline has shortlisted at least two other agencies, OMD and incumbent MEC. Other agencies to have taken part in the first phase of the review were Carat and Dentsu Media.
