Reporting to Mark Bowling, head of insight development and CCP for Asia, Kemp will have an additional reporting line into BG Gan, CEO Starcom Singapore.
Kemp will be responsible for driving the agency’s SEA business and improving insight development with a focus on holistic communications strategies.
During his time at Ascension, a communications planning consultancy, Kemp garnered experience in Asia through a number of projects for brands including Stella Artois, Cadbury and Unilever.
