Starcom extends Sriram's remit to fill D'Sylva's post

D Sriram, Star-com's Southeast Asia and India CEO, has been promoted to manage the whole region when the agency's Northeast Asia CEO, Blaise D'Sylva, leaves the network at the end of the month.
