Star speakers to address AdAsia Taipei gathering
<p>TAIPEI: AdAsia 2001 Taipei has announced a star-studded line-up of </p><p>speakers who will be participating at the event in November. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>More than 40 speakers have been invited to AdAsia, including Yahoo's </p><p>Jerry Yang, James Murdoch of Star, PCCW's Richard Li, Jeffrey Yu of </p><p>Bates Asia and Batey Ads' Ian Batey. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Authorised by the Asian Federation of Advertising Associations, AdAsia </p><p>2001 is a three-day congress which focuses on the theme 'From Evolution </p><p>to Revolution'. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Discussions and debates will centre on the accelerating pace of change </p><p>taking place in all areas of the communication industry and how to </p><p>exploit new opportunities thrown up by this revolution. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Four main topics will be covered: the role of media, communication, </p><p>creativity and advertising in the new hi-tech environment. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
