Stagwell will consolidate its Singapore operations into a new regional headquarters, the company announced Monday. It will bring together several of its APAC agencies under one roof.

Set to open in Q1 2026, the office will house teams from ADK, Allison, Assembly, Forsman & Bodenfors, HarrisX, Ink Global and Locaria, along with other Stagwell brands.

Stagwell said the consolidation is aimed at speeding up integration across creative, media, communications, brand experience, digital transformation and AI-driven services.

“This is the new model. More connected, more inventive, and built for the momentum of local markets. Asia is where the future of this industry is being built, and Stagwell is building it,” said Randy Duax, managing director, Stagwell Asia-Pacific.

Connie Chan, Stagwell APAC’s chief growth officer, added that the move reflects the network’s focus on collaboration and sustainability in the region.

The consolidation follows Stagwell’s acquisition of ADK Global, completed in July 2025. As part of the integration, Richard Brosgill doubles as both the CEO of Assembly APAC and the combined lead for ADK-Assembly operations, while Yasuyuki Katagi, former CEO of ADK Global, took the chief integration officer for APAC role.
