SPRING Singapore looks for creative and media agencies

SINGAPORE - SPRING Singapore, the local enterprise development agency, has put out dual tenders for creative and media agency partners.

The Government agency plans to appoint one or two creative agencies to design and produce various marketing campaigns and materials in print, broadcast and online media throughout the year.

The contract’s value for creative agencies is estimated at US$1.4 million and the appointment is for two years.

The media agency, which will provide media planning and buying for SPRING’s marketing campaigns, will be appointed for one year.

The Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (or SPRING Singapore) helps to grow innovative companies and a competitive SME sector in the city-state and also aids enterprises in financing, management development, technology and innovation.

As the national standards and accreditation body, SPRING also develops and promotes internationally recognised standards and quality assurance to enhance Singaporean companies’ competitiveness while facilitating trade.
