Southeast Asia: New piracy rules boost hopes for TV broadcasters

BANGKOK: The Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (Casbaa) has cautiously welcomed a new commitment by Thai authorities to reduce pay-TV piracy within Thailand.
