Chiva-Som, spa retreat of the rich and famous, will woo well-heeled Londoners at a Thai festival to take place at upmarket department store Harrod's. The Tourism Authority of Thailand, one of the partners in the promotion, hopes that once clients have sampled an authentic Thai massage at the hands of Chiva-Som's therapists, they will be encouraged to visit Thailand for the full-scale experience. Chiva-Som is located in the beach resort of Hua Hin, where the Thai King maintains a residence.
