The awards, which aim to recognise advertising and media executives as well as marketing and advertising campaigns that stand out, handed Asia-Pacific Breweries Singapore's Guinness the top prize for its 'Why not you?' campaign.
The campaign - developed by Saatchi & Saatchi with MindShare handling media - ran in 2003 and used television, print and radio, as well as below-the-line. While most beer brands used themes of fun and sociability, the Guinness campaign aimed to motivate individuals.
The show also recognised Saatchi & Saatchi as Advertising Agency of the Year, while MindShare won the Media Agency of the Year prize.
