Soon takes charge of Arc Singapore
Leo Burnett's interactive division Arc Worldwide Singapore has promoted business director Paul Soon to general manager, filling the void left by Mark Renshaw, who relinquished his Singapore duties when he was named regional interactive head. Reporting to Leo Burnett Singapore managing director Phil McDonald, Soon has been charged with overseeing a number of accounts, including HP, Visa, Tiger Beer and Wing Tai Asia. He has seven years' experience in the field.
