Sony Ericsson, Ignite launch multi-platform blogger search

SYDNEY – Sony Ericsson has launched a search to find four of Australia’s next hottest bloggers.

Sony Ericsson today embarks on a six-month search for four of the hottest bloggers in Australia who will become official Sony Ericsson bloggers creating content in the areas of film, fashion, music and technology. Their content will then be featured on subscription TV and online.

The multi-platform campaign is carried across subscription TV and digital media, including online entertainment sites and social networking communities such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms.

The campaign, developed by MEC and Ignite Media Brands in collaboration with MTV’s Brand Solutions team and Sony Ericsson, will run across MTV, The Movie Network, TV1 and SciFi channels as well as Ignite’s digital portfolio of sites.

Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, head of marketing, Oceania, Tim Barnes added, “We’re looking for individuals that can create content that entertains and inspires.”
