The Anti-Piracy Concert is the closing event of the Shanghai Music Festival later this month and features singing stars Hacken Lee and Shawn Yu.
The sponsorship arrangement includes hosting roadshows in Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu, concert tickets, press events and promotional collateral.
A Sony spokesperson said the company was committed to stamping out piracy and protecting intellectual property.
"Effective intellectual property protection guarantees and encourages the healthy development of creative power, in terms of technology innovation and entertainment content creation," she said.
