Smirnoff tunes into MTV

SINGAPORE - Smirnoff has teamed up with MTV to launch a pan-Asian multi-channel campaign to build its association with music.

Targeting 25 to 35-year-olds, the Diageo vodka brand will launch local and pan-regional print and online advertising and launch a co-branded MTV dance music microsite called "Smirnoff Experience Presents Pure Groove".

The site includes a competition to win tickets to the Carnival of Salvador da Bahia in Brazil.

The campaign breaks today (December 1st) and will run until January 2007.
