<p>The Thomson Dishwasher 3-D taxi-top ad created by Lowe & </p><p>Partners/Monsoon Advertising has won top honours at the Comfort Ads </p><p>Creative Competition in Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The advertising won because of the unique approach adopted in </p><p>demonstrating the effectiveness of the appliance in washing dishes. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The panel featured the inside of the dishwasher with blue water </p><p>streaming out of the top over real cutlery every time the taxis driver </p><p>stepped on the brakes. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The Lowe/Monsoon team behind the ad included creative group head Kelvin </p><p>Pereira; art director Kelvin Lim and copywriter Troy Lim. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Runners-up were: Lowe & Partners/Monsoon Advertising for its </p><p>"Anti-Smoking " campaign for the Singapore Ministry of Health and TBWA's </p><p>"Samsonite" campaign. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Comfort Ads initiated the competition to promote taxi advertising in </p><p>Singapore and winners are eligible to compete in the transit category in </p><p>the Cannes competition. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>- Submissions for Smart Media should be sent to Ms Suzanne Miao at </p><p>MEDIA, 11/F McDonald's Building, 48 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong </p><p>Kong.
