Skinner, who will report to Initiative Asia-Pacific chief operating officer King Lai, stepped down from his role at Zenith in September last year.
According to Lai, Skinner will be responsible for business development, and overall client management in both Hong Kong, in conjunction with some clients in China. Prior to joining Zenith, Skinner spent a five-year stint in the city with OMD.
