Singh, who will retain his current role as part of his expanded remit, has been tasked with leading the growth of G2, which focuses on digital communications, direct marketing, shopper marketing and design, across the region.
He will continue to report to Grey Group Asia-Pacific chairman and CEO Mike Amour, along with Joe Celia, G2 Worldwide’s chairman and CEO.
Amour said: “Nirvik has been responsible for achieved outstanding success and profitability in our Southeast Asian operations, installing dynamic management and delivering award winning creative work in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia,” said Amour. “He will play a major role in the growth and success of G2, and he has a proven ability to lead, grow business and inspire others.”
Singh was most recently responsible for the launch of Grey Vietnam, and he played a crucial role in the network’s acquisition of Star Echo, an activation marketing agency based in China. Singh began his career with JWT, before joining Grey India.
