Singelton Ogilvy pips incumbent in Westpac pitch

SYDNEY: Westpac bank in Australia has handed its A$20 million (US$10.3m) television and brand advertising account to Singleton Ogilvy & Mather after a secretive pitch process, in which the four-year incumbent The Campaign Palace was ditched.
