The organiser of the International Rugby Board's Singapore Sevens series has tasked the local consultancy to handle its media and public relation duties with immediate effect.

The union recently partnered Standard Chartered bank to launch its first regional rugby academy - The Standard Chartered National Rugby Academy (SCNRA) - to develop local talent.
