Singapore Institute of Management pitches creative

SINGAPORE - The Singapore Institute of Management is searching for an agency to handle its above- and below-the-line advertising business as M&C Saatchi, SIM's incumbent agency, prepares to shut up shop in Singapore.

The review is geared towards targeting students in the market for management degrees as well as executives wanting higher management qualifications. SIM's media planning and buying account, which is handled by PHD, is unaffected.

The news comes a month after M&C Saatchi announced that it would be closing its Singapore office after 13 years in operation (Media 11 June).
