Singapore Heart Foundation urges the public to share lamest excuses

The Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) is inviting the public to whip out their camcorders and share their weakest and lamest excuses for neglecting heart health.

Heart Contest asks Singaporeans to give 1000 excuses

The SHF’s '1001 excuses' campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of heart health and living a healthy lifestyle among Singaporeans.

The quirky video competition will showcase common excuses for heart-unfriendly habits and how to go about making a change.

Videos with the most number of ‘likes’ will stand a chance to win a weekly prize, and the top three most creative and original videos will be in the running to win a trip to Perth, a brand new Apple iPad or attractive cash prizes.

Participants simply need to submit their video entries via 1001excuses.sg. More information on the contest can also be found at the website.

The submission deadline in 31 December. Budding video enthusiasts are encouraged to submit their entries early for a chance at the weekly prizes.
